Where we collect information:
On the website: we have JavaScript tracking enabled in order to measure the relevancy of our ad campaigns as well as identify any problems with our websites or checkout, based on behavioral data. This data is anonymous.
Inside the trial of the software: we embed a unique identifier into the trial application so that we know which ad campaign or traffic source generated the trial installation. This data is used for marketing purposes so that we know where to more efficiently allocate our marketing budgets. Additionally, we ask for your email address during the installation so that we can send you promotions and discounts via email. At times, we might cross promote other software titles from different software publishers.
During the checkout process: We have partnered with Fastspring to handle our checkout, payments and order fulfillment, to ensure the highest level of security. We never see your credit card information.
