The software application allows you to restrict access to your PDF files. You can restrict access to printing, editing, commenting, or viewing the PDF file. In order to add passwords to your PDF document:
Step 1: open your PDF file inside the program. Under the “security” tab, click the “Password” button.
Step 2: Configure the entitlements you want to give access to by password to the document. Note: by pressing “more”, you can select the encryption algorithm that will be used.
Step 3: Press finish, and the document will now require the password you have set to access the privileges you defined.
