I was unable to reinstall the application

Our application uses Inno-installer, a widely-used 3rd party installer program to setup and configure the software on your computer. Unfortunately, there is a bug with the installer that makes it a little tedious to uninstall and reinstall the software.


Please follow these steps in order to reinstall your copy of the software:


Step 1: Uninstall the application 

Step 2: attempt to reinstall the application. It will reach 99% installation and then inform you of an error, fail, and close.

Step 3: Reboot your computer

Step 4: Attempt to reinstall the application, and this time it should work.
